RETURNS POLICY


Changing your mind

If you change your mind and no longer want the goods, you must let us know within 14 days after receiving them. 


You then have 14 days to return the product to us. We will not pay the cost to return the product.


We will refund the full price of the goods unless we see on inspection that you have handled the goods in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. In this situation, we’ll make a deduction to account for the reduced value of the product.  If we refund you before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover this, we will contact you to pay us the amount that we should have deducted.


The maximum delivery cost that we will refund will be the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer delivery within 5-7 days at one cost but you choose to have delivery within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund the cost of the 5-7 day delivery option.



Goods that are faulty or not as expected

If the goods are faulty or not as described, you can return the product to us for a refund.


We will pay the costs of returning the product to us if: 

  • It’s faulty 

  • It’s not as described when you purchased it

  • There’s been a change in the product since you purchased it

  • There were mistakes in pricing or the product description at order

  • There are delays in delivery that are outside our control


We will refund you the full price of the goods, the delivery price and the return costs unless: 

  • There are missing parts or evidence of damage

  • The product has been altered after delivery



How to return the product

Let us know you are returning the product by emailing info@e1series.com, explaining the reason for return and providing your order number, name and address.


Pack and return the products to us including your order details, using the address given on the delivery paperwork.  


To ensure safe delivery you will need to ensure the Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) battery is detached from the product in the package that you send. Please check the requirements of your chosen shipping company, too.

Your Refund

You must return the product to obtain a refund.


Once we receive the goods, your refund will be processed as soon as possible.  The longest this should take will be 14 days.  


The refund will be made to the payment method that you used the purchase the products.



Your Legal Rights (if you are in the UK)

We are under a legal duty to supply products in conformity with the terms of service. 


The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty, your legal rights entitle you to the following:


a) Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get an immediate refund.


b) Up to three months: if your goods can’t be repaired or replaced, then you’re entitled to a full refund, in most cases, as stipulated in the manufacturer’s warranty enclosed with the product.
